Mission

  • Ensure the data is exclusively used for the use case the access was granted.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the data owner with accurate and reliable information when requesting access to the dataset

  • Communicate and validate with the data owner any change on the data usage since the access was authorized (new usages require data owner acceptance), including when access is not requested any longer.

  • Use the data within the terms and conditions of use as defined for the dataset

  • IPA has been prepared according to the Privacy by Design principles

  • Communicate the occurrence of a data breach and collaborate in its resolution (SIRP - Security Incident Management Policy)
