**Mission**

* Ensure the data is exclusively used for the use case the access was granted.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide the data owner with **accurate and reliable information** when requesting access to the dataset
* **Communicate and validate with the data owner any change on the data usage** since the access was authorized (new usages require data owner acceptance), including when access is not requested any longer. 
* **Use the data within the terms and conditions of use** as defined for the dataset
* IPA has been prepared according to the Privacy by Design principles
* Communicate the occurrence of a data breach and collaborate in its resolution (SIRP - Security Incident Management Policy)
