ADO Monitoring Standards
- Monitoring standards at ADO level include
A snapshot of General DQ Status which outlines a summarized view of data quality state of each individual BDO
A trend of General DQ Status which presents high level trends of data quality for each individual BDO
- ADO can navigate from one BDO report to another to visualize aggregated key results. From these summarized individual dashboards, ADO puts together a consolidated view of all BDOs to be presented at the DG Advisory Board level:
ADO General DQ Status
This dashboard allows visualizing the state of Data quality for a given BDO with high level information. The dashboard presents statistics on data quality incidents classified by their level of criticality, as well as data on datasets and controls.
It is build by ADO with the input provided by the “BDO General DQ Status Dashboard”.
This dashboard is communicated by ADO to the Advisory board.

The dashboard provides a clear view of data quality incident management, helping to quickly identify areas requiring increased attention, including critical and low priority incidents.

This dashboard allows visualizing the trend of Data quality for a given BDO with high level information for a given period in time. This dashboard gives details of data quality incidents categorized by criticality level and also shows the evolution of the overall data quality score.
It is build by ADO with the input provided by the “BDO General DQ Status Evolution Dashboard”.
This dashboard is communicated by ADO to the Advisory board.
