BLDO self-assessment standards

In the context of data quality, BLDOs are in charge of developing, implementing and monitoring compliance of data quality practices as defined by the DQF for the data domain/s under his/her responsibility
Seven standardized assessment templates are proposed to conduct the evaluation of BDOs on core capabilities as defined by the Data Quality Framework.

Data Quality Governance
-------------------------------------

The following standardized assessment template is proposed to conduct the evaluation of BLDO data quality governance practices at a regular cadence.

The following aspects are considered when evaluating the progress made by BDO on Data Quality:

* **Domain Structuring:** assessment of progress in the structuring of data domains within defined business areas

* **Roles:** evaluates progress in the appointment of Data Owners and Data Stewards as well as in the identification of technical Data Quality skills within existing R&D teams

* **Enablement:** assessment of progress in terms of training and data literacy related to data quality for the operational roles

* **Operational Data Quality bodies:** evaluates progress in the organization of bodies related to data quality
